Intellectus

Research note

Commercial intelligence agents need entity memory.

The useful unit is rarely a prompt. It is an entity and its relationships: buyer to tender, brand to campaign, asset to approval, claim to evidence, supplier to market.

Core entities

Market entitiesBuyers, suppliers, notices, awards, sectors, geographies, and sources.
Brand entitiesProducts, audiences, claims, tone rules, assets, channels, and approvals.
Workflow entitiesOwners, deadlines, statuses, review decisions, comments, and handoffs.

Why it matters

Without stable entities, the agent can only draft. With stable entities, it can compare, remember, qualify, route, and explain. That is the difference between text generation and commercial intelligence.
